this is me
I’m a mum of two, a wife, an entrepreneur, a certified personal coach, a fitness fanatic, and a friend to many. I’ve never been one to play it safe. At 17, I moved out on my own. At 18, I bought my first place. By 21, I was traveling the world solo. I’ve always believed that if you want something, you figure it out and make it happen.
This mindset led me to one of my biggest challenges—becoming a firefighter. It was a lifelong dream, and I spent nine years in the fire service proving to myself over and over again that I was capable of more than I thought. But what I didn’t expect was that the hardest thing I’d ever have to do wasn’t running into burning buildings—it was standing up and speaking in front of people.
For years, I avoided it. I’d get in my head, overthink every word, and convince myself that I wasn’t “good enough.” But deep down, I knew that staying quiet wasn’t an option. So, just like every challenge before, I tackled it head-on.
Now, speaking is what I help others do. Because I know what it’s like to hold yourself back—not because you aren’t capable, but because fear tells you otherwise. And I also know what’s possible when you decide to push through anyway.
I’ve built a life around growth, confidence, and doing the things that scare me. Whether it’s firefighting, traveling, CrossFit, or starting my own business, I believe in going all in. And now, I help others do the same—by finding their voice, owning their confidence, and stepping into the version of themselves that’s been there all along.
This isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
